I LOVED the cozy garden area for relaxing after a day of shopping! The breakfast options were overwhelming but delicious. I’d definitely choose this place again for its friendly staff!

good location handy to racecourse, in the good area. besides, excellent for visiting memorial park. a work desk, a multi-channel tv, and a sitting area available in the triple room.

The location is good, 2 miles from Event. Extremely friendly and efficient staff here with yet another key-blaming the receptionist for the error. The room is reasonably priced.

Fantastic and fairly clean place, caring and helpful staff. Brand-new unit with coffee & tea makers and a fridge. Comfortable decoration in the rooms, comfortable location. Location short walk to Hamilton, The Novotel & Ibis as well as the poorest suburb in auckland. Plus, 10 minutes drive from The Long Jetty. What a really good stay, no reason to complain.

Well, the area was a little dark overall.

The place was ideal and had attentive staff. the location was convenient, not too far from North Entrance Beach and right next to a shopping centre and a great bakery. the restaurant was really nice for family breakfast, and I had outstanding dishes.

The price was good value for a family of five, I liked the clean bedlinen and plenty of towels supplied and good choice of hot drinks in the room. The children enjoyed themselves in the spa as the large pool was not warm enough. Thankyou to stephanie for her patience with my booking and questions. Very professional telephone manner.

When we booked we asked for a triple as there were my husband and I and our 3 young children and I mentioned this to the reception (not stephanie) when we arrived and we had to return the key to 505 as it was a double and two singles and get a triple which was a 509. Kettle was in poor condition and it was hard to fill in the bathroom tap. I think the mustard curtains in the reception and worn stained sofas were not pleasant, however the room for $89 and the fact it was very clean was good enough for us on our short stay.

The Distinction Hamilton Hotel & Conference Centre offers astonishing breakfasts at affordable rates. the recently refurbished twin room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, ironing facilities, and a study table. the hotel's location is convenient and magnificent, being relatively close to Picnic Point Reserve.
